Join us for an interactive discussion with Katti Fields, Vice President of Dealer Operations at Edmunds.com, and the path she created that led to her success. Moderated by Melissa Lui, Senior Service Development Manager, ServiceTitan.
About Katti Fields:
Katti Ehoff Fields is vice president of dealer operations where she is responsible for overseeing the onboarding, implementation, and overall success of Edmunds' growing customer base of thousands of dealers. She also oversees the company's Customer Care function, which provides responsive support to the Edmunds consumer audience at every step throughout their car shopping journey. Katti's customer- centered approach and strong emphasis on analytics and storytelling helps guide the Edmunds operations team in delivering best-in-class service and products in an efficient and scalable way.
Katti joined Edmunds in January of 2001 as the web production manager and throughout her tenure at the company has led project management, strategic planning, product and sales operations functions. Katti holds an MBA and an M.S. in Technology Management from University of Maryland, and a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Hood College. She currently serves on the faculty and leadership board for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at Rutgers.
About Melissa Lui:
Melissa is currently a Senior Sales Development Manager at ServiceTitan and serves as Chief Programming Officer for Society of Saleswomen. She first started her career in sales 4 years as a SDR at ChowNow and quickly climbed the ranks into sales leadership. Her passion lies in coaching people looking to start their career in sales and developing first time sales managers. Her goal is to bridge the growing sales community in Los Angeles and turn it into a robust arena for female sales professionals to connect, share stories, and empower each other. In her spare time, Melissa loves exploring new restaurants in Los Angeles with her husband Jess and her one year old daughter, Zoey.
