[LOS ANGELES CA, JUNE 10,2020—] Society of Saleswomen welcomes Meeshie Nguyen as Managing Director, Speakers and Events.

“We are thrilled to have Meeshie on board with SoS,” says CEO, Cindy Lien Truong. “Her attention to detail, level of experience, education, enthusiasm, and overall spirit are the perfect fit for working with our many diverse and outstanding speakers.”

Ms. Nguyen has over twenty years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience working at major public companies such as FICO, Wingcast/Ford, and Blackbaud. She is currently the Director of Financing at a privately held Fintech in San Diego. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Cal State University, San Marcos, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Southern California.

Ms. Nguyen serves as Board Advisor for the Copley-Price YMCA and coordinates their annual golf tournament fundraiser. She is also a breast cancer survivor, diagnosed when she was only twenty-nine years old. From that journey, she started Events for Causes, donating her time as an event coordinator for non-profits. Each year, she assembles and hand-delivers #ChemoWarriorKits to children undergoing chemotherapy at Rady Children’s Hospital.

Ms. Nguyen will be responsible for coordination and management of the robust pipeline of speakers for SoS events. Her efforts will contribute to the SoS experience with members and speakers alike; providing support, resources, and organization to the event team.
