SoS Swamini Program
Join our version of a Mentorship Program.
What is a Swamini?
A swamini is a female version of a Swami. A Swami is a sanskrit word meaning, "one who knows, who is master of himself." For our purposes, a Swamini is a female guide or mentor. Swamini Students are the mentees in our program.

How does the program work?
Our mentees will be placed into small cohorts mentored by a Swamini (mentor). The Swamini is a women who has established skills and experience in life and career that can help the Cohort to develop her own career. SoS Members are pre-screened and aligned based on interests and skill sets. If you are a mentee, you will be in a cohort with 2-3 other mentees as well.

What is the time commitment?

Kick Off Meeting or Call (1.5 hours)
